Returns & Exchanges

• Used or opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences, change of mind, or dissatisfaction after the product has been used.
• Customers are encouraged to review the product description and ingredients carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Important Notes

• Products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be considered for any eligible replacement.
• Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
• Natural variations in colour, texture, or fragrance may occur because our products are made with natural ingredients. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
